Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is received. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. Standard delivery typically takes 3–7 business days within the U.S. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and carrier delays.

3. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

4. Incorrect Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. CFG Seasonings is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.

5. Delays & Carrier Issues

We are not liable for delays caused by the shipping carrier, weather, or other factors beyond our control.

6. Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or is missing items, contact us within 7 days of delivery at Support@cfgseasoning.com with your order number, description of the issue, and photos. We will review your request and arrange a replacement or refund if approved.
